No. It isn't necessary to make an appointment though we highly recommend it so you don't feel rushed. It can be an overwhelming and lengthy process and we like to give our "brides to be" one on one attention with the store manager Tamara who will ensure each appointment is focused solely on you and your needs in the privacy of our intimate bridal boutique.
50% deposit is required to begin dress production. Due to the nature and customisation of dresses cancellations are non refundable
One free alteration is included with every New Dress Purchase. Multiple alterations may be undertaken by one of our talented seamtresses at a further fee to the customer.
YES! Dresses range from $160 - $4000 maximum. You don't need to spend a fortune to look beautiful which is why we offer a diverse range of styles from fashion houses in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Ukraine & New Zealand as well as stocking local designers. We also offer High Quality Pre Loved Gowns that deserve appreciation and to be photographed again, priced from $79 - $1000. Custom Order Wedding Gowns are priced upon application.
