I've been in the bridal industry for over 20 years, in both retail and behind the scenes. I have personally helped many brides find their perfect gown. I'm all about making sure the dress brings out their individual uniqueness. I take pride in truly listening to the bride allowing them to express their vision, and know their personality which allows us both to create the ONE. It's so important to me that our brides feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their whole bridal experience with us.

Yes we request all our brides to book an appointment with us to ensure our stylists are available to provide you with the ultimate bridal experience. Your first visit is a 90-minute, one-on-one styling session with one of our stylists, who will guide you through silhouettes and customisations to bring your dream vision to life. You are welcome to bring up to 3 guests on the weekend, and we can happily accommodate a few more during weekday appointments. The booking fee is $50 (non-redeemable).
We also offer a 2-hour VIP GOLD package ($250 non-redeemable) which gives you and up to 6 guests a private showroom experience, with complimentary champagne, non-alcoholic drinks and a grazing board tailored to your tastes. Extra guests are $25 per person, up to a maximum of 10.

We proudly stock sizes up to 26 in store for you to try, and can order up to size 32.
Our Florianna collection is made especially for curvier brides. Its fashion-forward, flattering silhouettes are designed to celebrate and enhance your shape.
Our gowns range from $2,000 to $10,000, with alterations priced separately. If your budget is lower, we also have discounted floor stock available to take home on the day.
We accept cash, bank transfer and EFTPOS (Visa and Mastercard), with a minimum 60% deposit required to order your gown. If you need a little flexibility, have a chat to our team - we have payment plans available and can work out an arrangement that works better for you.
Gowns can take up to 8 months to arrive, counted from when your full deposit is paid. Express options are available for a small fee and are a great choice if your wedding is less than 3 months away. It's also worth noting that we have floor stock and sample gowns at discounted prices that can be purchased and taken on the day.

Yes! Our experienced in-house seamstresses will tailor your gown to fit you perfectly, right here at our boutiques. Alterations are priced separately from the gown.
Alterations typically begin 4 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. Planning a separate photoshoot beforehand? Just let us know when you book your alterations appointment and we'll plan around it.
We recommend choosing your veil, headpiece and other accessories (e.g. cape, jewellery, attachable wing sleeves) at least 2 to 3 months before your wedding. Order them with your gown and you can pick everything up together!
Our accessories come in silver, gold and rose gold, and your consultant will help you choose the perfect shade to match your dress, ring and wedding decor.
Lace or beaded veils need at least 3 months for delivery if they're not in stock, while plain veils can be ordered 2 months before your big day. For the easiest experience, we suggest ordering your veil at the same time as your gown.
