Do I hand out bomboniere? Or do they just sit on a table to collect?

I've seen both be done but it's convenient and easy to have a table set up with the gifts, preferably at the entrance / exit. If they are small bonboniere like our perfume samples, they can sit at each guest's table placement.

Congrats to you and your partner.

This question is asked alot by Brides.  Depending on how you are haveing your wedding  as many couples are choosing to do a cocktail party versus a sit down meal at tables.

It is entirely up to you but the majority of couples use their bomboniere as a place setting feature.  Generally your venue will assist in placing the bomboniere on the tables when doing the setup.  A separate table is another alternative especially if you are incorporating a signature guest book it could be incorporated at the same table.

Hope this helps and best wishes as you plan your special day

Hi,

Generally, bomboniere are placed at each guests table setting. This way, not only do they enhance your table decorating, should you choose a place card holder as your favour, you have now incorporated their gift and name card all in one. Bit of a win win! As another alternative, I have also seen at wedding receptions the bomboniere placed in uniform rows on a table, popped into a basket or presented on decorative trays for each guest to take one at the end of the evening. Either way, both ideas look fabulous, especially in your photography.

Hi there congratulations on your upcoming weddings.

I have known brides to do both. If they are being handed out this would be the job of the usher welcoming your guests and showing them to their table. But traditionally it is left on the guests table.

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards

Thanks for the question.   We would suggest placing the bomboniere gift onto the table and allowing your guests to take them home at the end of the night.  This can be used as a feature on the table.   Regards, Jessica
