A little about us

Jeffrey is a dessert enthusiast, as well as being a qualified chef. He uses exquisite ingredients to make his famous handmade macarons.

Stir-Crazy specialises in macarons & dessert chocolates for all occasions. We have a a wide collection of over 30 signature flavours to select from.

Our macarons (macaroons if you insist) are handmade in Northern NSW using the finest quality ingredients in a range of innovative flavours, colours and textures, complete with caramelised wafer centre's and are 100% gluten free.

For small delights, they really do taste as good as they look!

Stir-Crazy provides our signature macarons, to local cafe's & restaurants through out Northern NSW.
