I had a trial with someone else and it didn't go well. I found Michelle with just weeks to go before the wedding. I liked her pictures, sent her a message and she replied straight away to me. We had a chat on the phone and I trusted her enough to not even need a trial. She tried to align with my budget. Very accommodating and great communication! I was very happy with my hair on the day! She's very nice as well and very experienced, you could tell! She didn't rush at all and took her time to ensure it was perfect!
