The initial consultation and all conversation leading up to the day was good. However Kelsey seemed to have her own format to "plug in" as she wouldn't take our request on board. I saw the very similar shots a few times from her gallery, everything is the same other than the people involved. The photos come rather quick but they all have a yellow filter on top, with no enhancement on anything else. Overall we are satisfied with the service but a bit disappointed with what we get.
