Dan The Man were one of the only caterers who let us design our own menu. They offered advice and were even willing to come to a restaurant with us to see exactly what we wanted from a certain dish. In the end, everyone loved the food!

What a dream it was to have Pauline on our wedding team! She was a pleasure to deal with, a total professional and always knew exactly what she was doing (we loved the confidence!). She was a pro in managing a somewhat nervous bride and also a large crowd (both very important).
