I had such a wonderful experience with the whole team at E&M Encore Events - big shout out especially to Estelle and Hannah who ping-ponged emails with me and was there for me every step of the way! The team helped us with our wedding flowers (and lots more!) on 14th September 2024. At the time I first contacted Estelle, she was about to have her baby, but this superwoman(!) and her team were super responsive, helpful, friendly, and professional--I was so glad I had them there to be part of my big day! They were incredibly accommodating with both my budget and my choice of flowers, ensuring I got exactly what I envisioned for my wedding. The quality of the flowers is absolutely stunning – they look so realistic and beautifully arranged. Their customer service was fantastic--they were super organised and helped me with my timelines and deadlines so much that I didn't turn into a bridezilla-- making the entire process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, we had a transition from our church to the reception venue, and I couldn't be more grateful for their help with set up and transits. Estelle also helped out with printing our welcome sign, guest list sign, decorating my cake and writing the names of all our guests for place cards...and many of our guests complimented on her beautiful calligraphy! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for gorgeous wedding flowers and an exceptional, organised team to help them out! They are awesome! 🌸✨
