Rosa made us a beautiful cannoli tower for our wedding. The tower looked spectacular and cannoli tasted amazing. She also accommodated our request for some lactose free cannoli on the side. The cannoli tower was a hit with our guests and we could not have been happier. Rosa was a pleasure to work with and made the experience fun and stress free. Highly recommend Cakes by Rosa.

Paul was a fantastic celebrant - professional, genuine and good fun. His script was hilarious, and he made the ceremony fun and engaging. A lot of our guests commented how much they liked our celebrant - particularly Paul's great timing and delivery. He even accommodated a few last-minute changes on our end (adding a second, private ceremony earlier in the day and including our dog in the two ceremonies). Paul was always responsive, communication was easy, and he made the entire process stress-free. Our preliminary meeting set the tone, and he exceeded those expectations. It was a pleasure to work with Paul - he was exactly what we were looking for!
