We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding. Galleria Burrata was unlike anything our guests had seen before: unique, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Nico is a charming Italian delight and engaged with our guests as he made cheese for us before our eyes. It had people talking, tasting and going back for more, and plenty of guests told us it was the highlight of the day. What made it truly special was Jill herself. Her communication was exceptional from our first conversation to the final plate. She genuinely listened, took the time to understand what we wanted, and worked with us every step of the way to bring it to life. Because of her, the whole process was calm, organised and stress-free, which is not something you can say about most wedding planning. If you want high quality food that your guests will remember, I can't recommend this business highly enough. It's a wonderful female-owned and run business, and Jill is a true professional. Thank you for making our day so special!
