Staff were absent, to get answer from anyone meant you had to find them hiding in the back room, they only came out when it was time for us to leave. The quality of the food wasn’t great, there wasn’t a great deal of food and items that were meant to be served warm were cold. What made this experience even worse is the response I received by the owner Emma. Instead of listening she responded by accusing me of stealing alcohol and suggested that was the reason why I was giving the feedback I was. She went on to say that I must never have been to a high tea before and that I didn’t know what was involved. When I responded to her claims and asked to discuss it over the phone she declined saying it would be a waste of time. Save your money and go elsewhere!
