So easy going, understanding and professional. I LOVED my flowers (bouquet AND reception) although flowers are expensive, it was well worth it and chosing Mikarla was the best decision I made.

So friendly!!!!! Hotel its self is beautiful, room is fairly basic. Came here for photographs during the day and staff were more than happy to accommodate. Came back to hotel after the wedding with a huge headache & forgot my makeup remover. called front desk and they went to the convinient store and purchased panadol and wipes for me. Unbelievable service! A +++

Used Social Playground/instagram printer as entertainment/bomboniere. They were friendly, took snaps of the kids/oldies who didnt know how to use social media and made sure everybody had a turn. The machine is sleek and looks modern and would suit any venue. I much prefer this than a photo booth (a little over done now) and it doesnt hide away your guests or distract them from whats going on around them. Added bonus: does not take up the space a photo booth does. We had a few added happy snaps that were taken by social playground that gave us a good view of all our guests and our exit through luna park which looked great! Love our sentimental photos online that we get to keep from all of our guests uploads and even more, our album with sentimental messages and pictures that our guest stuck in. There are unlimited copies to go around, just wish I used the machine my self so that I could have a print out of me and the hubby. Highly recommended!

So professional. Rain didnt damper our spirits, we were still outside with water views and not affected at all. Finger foods were average, but didnt matter at all because music, atmosphere and amazing staff made it all worth it. I had my guests pay $100 each for food and drinks (open tab at bar where guests wore a band) and $1000 lasted all night (closes at 12) for 25 guests. It was so perfect for a spacious, cool (hate stuffy crowded bars and clubs) and fun night out! Worked well as i had guests ranging from 23-40 and they all had a space to relax, chill, dance & party on!
