I fear the highest rating possible is still too low to capture the level of service Confetti and Co provided. Our on-the-day coordinator Amy got in touch a month out and was able to take the burden of planning off our shoulders. She got in touch with all of our vendors and suppliers, the venue and key people to make sure everything was under control. Despite us being sometimes tardy in our replies, Amy was always on top of the situation. The service was particularly exceptional when, one week out, it began looking like the storm of the century was going to ruin the day. Amy ensured there was a contingency plan in place and acquired an extra marquee at short notice, while also going above and beyond to work out an even more suitable floor plan for our wet-weather option. While the weather did put a spanner in the works, you wouldn't have guess it from the way Amy went about her job, and we really can't thank her and the Confetti and Co team enough. A meticulous job passed off effortlessly. It really made us able to enjoy the day without any stress at all.
