The W Events team was super collaborative, kind and respectful to any request we had. They accommodated our requests in an open transparent way. Wife is in food industry so our menu had a lot of attention to detail. We weren't made to feel like something was extremely difficult to do throughout our year of planning (maybe because we planned for over a year). The weeks leading up were paramount, and both Gemma and Rhiann kept us comfortable and calm in the days leading up to it. Guests raved about this event in particular for many weeks after. We are touched by the memories at the W Sydney and know this wont be the last time they see us around.
