From the initial emails and calls with Carol, to the interactions with Clancy and staff on the wedding day, to walking into a spotless kitchen after the wedding, I can not fault a thing. The food was beyond anything I could have imagined. So many comments on the night about the quantity of canapés, the taste and variety, generous and delicious meals - everyone was happy. The way you all accomodated a fussy eater, last minute vegetarian request and catered for 2 little girls, was so full of care and ease, it felt like you were all part of the family. You seamlessly worked with our event timing and service was warm and professional and you could taste the joy in your food. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Highly recommend - it was an absolute delight to have Michael as part of our special day. He was so helpful in the planning of our ceremony and very professional in all our meetings. On the day, despite ridiculous heat, he kept us both very calm. He has an underlying warmth and genuine care about him, making he the perfect choice for your wedding.
