Val and her team were lovely. My Mum and I went in to have a look at the types of dresses available and ended up in the store for almost 2 hours trying on dresses, it was a lovely experience. There was no hard sell and Val encouraged us to go away and think about it and then come back, which we did, and two days later I had my wedding dress. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. The follow-up service for dress pick-up and altering were impeccable. If you are able to visit Val and her team, I highly recommend it.

Julia was outstanding. A few weeks out from the wedding I decided that I didn't need to stress of trying to organise things on the day of our wedding, I contacted Julia and from the moment we first spoke I knew everything would be taken care of. Julia was outstanding, so easy to take too, asked the questions that I would never have dreamed of, because I have never planned a wedding before. Julia made sure everything went to plan on the day and was amazing. I can't recommend Julia enough to anyone looking at getting a coordinator for their wedding.

We decided on cupcakes for our wedding, and Heidelberg Cakes made incredible chocolate and citrus cupcakes. Everyone commented on how incredibly delicious they were, and they were all gone by the end of the night. Thank you so much for such incredible cupcakes.

Tallora is an incredibly lovely and talented hair and make-up artist. Tallora was fantastic during the trial, in which she understood right away the look I was going for. Tallora took the time to understand what look I wanted and why, as well as, how often I wear make-up to make sure my make-up was true to me. The hairstyle was beautiful, both during the trial and on the day. My hair stayed in place all day regardless of the laughing, dips, and 12 hours it needed to stay in place for. I can't thank Tallora enough for her work.

Penelope was incredible to work with, from the moment we met her, Penelope put us both at ease. We laughed so much, and Penelope was wonderful at working with us even though we live in NSW, and I was away for work for a lot of time in the lead up to the wedding. Penelope was able to make suggestions to give our ceremony a more personal touch, and include some of our stories in a way that made us comfortable. We highly recommend Penelope, she was absolutely wonderfully, and was fantastic on the day.
