We came across Charles from Nicholas Deloitte Media after our wedding photographer/videographer cancelled on our wedding at the last minute. He was amazing and very accommodating to manage both photos and video. He met with us and had contact numerous times to discuss all options and allowed us to contact him with last minute changes etc. Considering the very short notice, he had everything sorted for us and told us not to worry, He was well prepared with set up for ceremony and reception. Made all of our guests, including us feel very relaxed and comfortable. Very well presented and polite, arrived on time, and had a quick turn around for photos and video delivery. Quality of photos are absolutely amazing. Takes us back to the moment every time we look at them and everybody compliments them. He is amazing with children, and very relaxed and patient. We can not emphasize enough how patient he was throughout the whole day. (8-9hours). Not only did he do our wedding photography/videography but we are also going back to him for some family photos. Very strongly recommend him!
