I don’t think we could have picked a better celebrant for our wedding day. Pauline was really easy to work with and open to all our suggestions and requests. Despite planning our wedding from interstate Pauline was not only able to help us create our vision for our ceremony but also for the rest of our day. She shared her experience with us to help us pick out the perfect vendors for our venue which she knew quite well. We always felt that Pauline genuinely cared about our day and that we weren’t just another wedding on the books. We would definitely recommend Pauline to anyone looking for a professional, caring and experienced celebrant.

I am hopeless with florals but Susan really knows what she is doing. When looking for a florist she was the only one who asked me about what I was wearing, what my bridesmaids were wearing and even what my mum was wearing. She has a really keen eye for detail and made some suggestions for our venue that we hadn't even thought of. The end result was so beautiful and I was really thankful that Susan had looked after us.

Gunners' Barracks is the most beautiful venue with professional staff and a very well thought out planning process. The planning and organising process at the venue is made easier by the help of a wedding coordinator and this took a lot of stress out of planning. All our guests commented on how good the venue and the food was too. A fair few also said it was the best wedding they have ever been to and I think a lot of that has to do with the venue and their service.

The cake that Stacy made for our wedding was nothing short of incredible! It was beautiful to look at and the flavour and texture of the cake didn't disappoint. Our guests loved it so much that it was all gone by the end of the night. Stacy was also really easy to work with throughout the whole process and paid attention to detail when it came to our preferences and suggestions. 10/10 would recommend Stacy Brewer Cakes!!
