Throughout the entire process, Sylvester was thorough, and provided such detail. He created such a personalised and unique experience for us, making us feel prioritised and comfortable. Sylvester has shown such passion and enthusiasm towards our whole experience, and reminded us of how exciting and amazing the experience should and would be, and with the huge help of Sylvester, it truely was exactly that. Sylvester has an incredible eye for detail, and showed such professionalism yet casualness, as he introduced and interacted with all family and friends. Sylvester also adapted to our atmosphere and vibe as he adjusted our run sheet depending on external factors, arrival times, etc, doing this with such calm, and ease, creating such a fun, relaxed and organised day. Couldn’t recommend enough!
