We absolutely loved our wedding day — everything ran so smoothly and truly felt perfect. We cannot thank you and the entire Melbourne Event Group team enough. From the very beginning, the planning process was effortless. Discussing what we could include, touring the venue, and setting a date with Alison was all so easy and reassuring. Millie, was an absolute legend! She helped us organise every detail and always had an answer to our many questions. Aoife, Lotus and the rest of the team were incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive, and the whole day flowed seamlessly because of you all. Our guests felt so welcome and absolutely adored the venue. Sages Cottage was stunning — the lush greenery, beautiful setup and festoon lighting created the most magical atmosphere. It was perfect for everyone, from adults to children and babies, with plenty of space and areas to explore. It felt cosy, relaxed, and the food was absolutely delicious. Genuinely, we can’t think of a single thing that could have been done better. We still can’t believe we pulled off a wedding in under four months, and we absolutely couldn’t have done it without your incredible team.
