One word to describe the Forever Ever Productions is PHENOMENAL! Tim, Fallon, Sam, Kylie, and the rest of the team was worth every single cent. My husband and I, especially me, is very hesitant about spending a dollar on something let alone $8,000. However, I knew from the research prior to reaching out to the company that I knew I would select them to capture our wedding day. The reviews, photographs and videography shared on socials from old school friends and the business's social media accounts is what sold us to reach out to them to get an enquiry but what sold us to select them as our wedding photographer and videographer was Tim. If you need a sales and brand manager for your business, I would volunteer to be a reference for him! Tim engaged with us through asking questions about our love story, our wedding inspiration/theme whilst being his authentic self, and provided his professional advice on how to lower our initial enquiry from $10,000 to $8,000 by working out the logistics of what the team can achieve factoring in travel time, setting up, and prepping guests and the bridal team to capture the most important and special day of our lives. In addition to that, he also offered for us to purchase certain aspects of his services after the wedding to not only gain the sale out of us but also assist with our budget as much as possible - a true salesman! Tim and the team also understood and respected that because we had two divorced families and a lot of children coming to this wedding, that it was extremely important to us to capture those moments of everyone engaging with each other as much as it was to capture our wedding day because for us, having our family there on our wedding day holds a special spot in our hearts and the team executed this perfectly. Even our family and friends who have some copies of our wedding photos and seen snippets of our video documentary is baffled in the high level of quality and the amount of footage that was able to be provided given that the poor drone landed in one of the trees very early into the day. In addition to all this, the little details that Tim and the team did to make our day run as smoothly as it could was nothing I have ever seen from a guest or part of bridal party perspective for a wedding before. The payment process - bank transfer, card or cash - stupid simple; assisting my husband in getting our speakers and microphone to work the night before and day of, being an MC and herding our bridal party and guest, utilizing their creative skills, knowledge and experience to capture footage and photos was captured exactly how we wanted - authentic, airy and moody shots (black & red themed wedding), engaging with our guests on the day, communicating and delegating the celebrant - Tracey Lawson (Clarence Celebrant) and Amber & Terry (ATLewis Lane) to ensure the wedding day went smoothly, on time/schedule, also created a timeline for us, and on top of all this, specified timeframes of when to expect photos, and first draft of the video documentary - they absolutely stuck to their word. I am not sure about you, but I do not know many photographers or even videographers that treat your wedding day as if we are creating a movie. If our budget wasn't as tight, my husband and I would have 100% hired Tim to do the DJ side of things and be the MC (if he offered that as an additional service to what he already offers!). Now finally, the upselling does not stop there. When you receive your photos and video(s), your account link on the Forever Ever Productions website offers aftermath products to store and/or display those photos and videos. Like what more can this business offer?! Can you see now how the only word we can describe our experience is PHENOMENAL. You will never ever regret selecting Forever Ever Productions and my promise to Tim and the team is that we will always recommend them to anyone doing a wedding, especially, in the North Coast Region. And a message to the team; given the obstacles on our day and how long we waited to get married, in so many ways we believe it was meant to be. If we had it any earlier, you guys would have not existed, and no other business could have captured our unique wedding in the way you guys did.
