Lovely, organised, adds a lot of personal touch and made our wedding feel truly unique to us. She spoke clearly and has all her own equipment. When she learnt of my love of butterflies she chose a signing pen that sat in a butterfly holder and it felt so special. Ann was very open to including a hand fastening and anything else we wanted to add to make it ours.

Rod was amazing, he is easy to contact, organised and has a very calming personality. We had a pre wedding photoshoot a couple months before the wedding as part of the package and it was such a great way to learn how he worked and what to expect on the day it relieved some stress. And it was great to get an example of photos early on. On the day rod and his assistant were on time and kept everything running smoothly. I think the discussions we had about the time line of the day were great and helped me plan knowing how much time rod would need to do all the photos I wanted. We were able to select 20 or so photos to be edited within a few days as our 'sneak peaks' to have while we wait for the whole collection to be ready. Very polite and all the photos look great. 10/10
