Olivia is absolutely amazing at what she does. From the very beginning she was incredibly easy to communicate with, incredibly professional, and evidently so passionate about what she does. You can tell Olivia truly just wants to contribute to a bride’s special day, making sure they feel amazing. Olivia made the process so easy, which is important when it is the dress I had spent so much of my life thinking about. I knew nothing about bridal wear, so didn’t know where to start… she was an absolute god-send! Olivia is so knowledgeable, with a brilliantly creative mind. She has such a wonderfully caring nature, making what could have been a stressful process, really fun, enjoyable, and memorable and stress-free. My main dress, over skirt, veil, and recovery dress are absolutely stunning, and I cannot fault them. It was all exactly what I had envisioned, exceeding my expectations. I couldn’t recommend Olivia more highly!
