The venue is beautiful, the service on the night was great, the night went so smoothly and Sue, who was looking after us on the night was AMAZING. BUT in the lead up to the wedding the service was appalling. Our event coordinator/owner wouldn’t respond to questions or even emails! This was the most stressful part of planning the wedding.

Beyond amazing. Everything was soooo smooth with royalty weddings. The service was amazing, from even little things like holding our bouquets while we nibble on a complimentary grazing board to ensuring everyone on the bridal party was comfortable the whole day. Would highly recommend!!!

Communication and service to the lead up to the wedding and on the night was incredible! Cannot fault these guys! Their portal to customise the prints and the booth was also super awesome. Would highly recommend.

Quality of print was amazing, service was wonderful, delivery time was great. I paid slightly more for the elegant invites but it set the expectation for the wedding.
