We had the absolute pleasure of working with David Maddon for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we began planning, we were in the best possible hands with Rafaela, who was an absolute dream to work with. Her warmth, attention to detail, and incredible organisation meant that everything flowed seamlessly. We felt so supported and understood throughout the entire process, and it truly made all the difference. We chose a roving dinner format, and it was perfect — relaxed, elegant, and vibrant. The pizza station was out of this world (seriously, guests are still raving about it!), and the Negronis flowing all night were the cherry on top. Every single item was gluten-free, which was no small feat, and yet nothing felt compromised — in fact, it was some of the best food we’ve ever had. The decorations were breathtaking — effortlessly stylish, romantic, and perfectly suited to the waterfront setting. It felt like stepping into a dreamscape, with every detail thoughtfully curated and executed to perfection. From start to finish, the entire evening was flawless. Zest truly knows how to create something extraordinary, and our hearts are full of gratitude for the care, love, and professionalism they brought to our celebration.
