We are so happy we chose WA Photographers for our wedding! We’re both indecisive people who knew nothing about weddings and are terrible at planning, so it was super helpful to have Kevin walk through ideas and create a suggested timeline with us that accounted for things we never would have even thought of; it ended up being really helpful for a lot of the other wedding planning aspects. They were more affordable and flexible than the other photographers we’d spoken to, and we were able to have a photographer for the entire wedding with a second shooter who stayed behind getting candids and portraits of our guests while we went out for photos. Our main photographer, Joe, was simply amazing. He captured every big moment, and so many beautiful shots of us and our guests. He made us feel really comfortable for photos, which was our biggest worry. He was friendly, funny, and worked great with getting everyone where we needed to be for posed photos. Our wedding had to be moved inside last-minute due to bad weather, so I was worried the photos wouldn’t turn out as nice, but he managed to get such lovely photos of the indoor ceremony, and somehow got gorgeous pictures of the wedding party outside regardless of it being so windy, rainy, and overcast. He also did amazing to get fantastic photos across the night without us even realising (it meant we could relax and enjoy the day/night naturally without constantly being aware of the photographer or feeling like we needed to pose for pictures). He also made sure to check in with us before he left to see if there were any other photos that we still wanted to get. Kevin posted a preview gallery very quickly after the wedding, and we had the full gallery of high-quality, edited photos (1200+) within the estimated timeframe. The photos turned out better than we ever could have expected. If you’re nervous when it comes to having your picture taken, if you’re on a tight budget, if you’re feeling a bit out of your depth around the wedding planning, or if you’re just looking for someone you can trust to capture all those beautiful moments on your wedding day, then reach out to WA Photographers; its honestly the best decision we made.
