Kim was absolutely beautiful to deal with. She worked with us to create custom soaps as wedding favours which were affordable, a hit with our guests, and perfectly aligned with our goal of having a low-waste, sustainable wedding. They looked and smelled absolutely divine!

From the initial planning to the fine tuning of our ceremony, and even the post-wedding admin, Bronte was a consummate professional - genuine, reliable, warm, and a great communicator. Neither of us are very comfortable being the centre of attention; Bronte immediately understood this and put us at ease, crafting a simple but beautiful, inclusive and intimate ceremony that was the highlight of our entire wedding day for us and all our guests. Everybody gushed about Bronte's beautiful 'love story' that captured the essence of us as a couple (without us having to do a lot of talking!); even our parents commented that they had learned something new about us after hearing it! We opted for one of Bronte's more 'budget-friendly' packages but we still feel like we got a premium service. We are just so thrilled and we would recommend Bronte a thousand times over!

Couldn't speak more highly of the service we received from beautiful Ness! She was organised, warm, and put my camera-shy self and husband right at ease with her gentle approach. We had a terrible experience with another vendor and Ness stepped right up to help us try and salvage our day, making phone calls and even consoling me at one point as I sobbed all over her shoulder!! And of course our photos themselves are absolutely stunning. Ness understood exactly the dreamy vintage vibe we were going for and nailed it. I keep joking that even though much of our day was ruined by the bad behaviour of one person, at least the photos don't give it away!! Seriously though - could not fault a single thing. Absolutely recommend.

Appalling lack of care, attention to detail and professionalism. Corners cut everywhere. Melanie did not deliver on relatively simple on-the-day tasks which she had assured us she would take care of. (The biggest one was setting up our playlist so that we could actually have music at our reception! We had nothing but dead silence for two hours until I got the opportunity to sort it myself.) She and her 'team' were rude, sarcastic and dismissive to me, my husband, our other suppliers, and the family and friends she requested we recruit to help with setup. And more. We attempted to contact Melanie expressing how completely devastated we were and asking for an explanation for the appalling service and attitude. There has been no acknowledgement of the stress and hurt caused, no accountability, first a denial that anything went wrong, then a generic 'thank you for this feedback'. We're devastated.
