Kylie did both my Mum's and my make-up for my wedding. The booking and equiry process was a breeze! Her website had everything, once I booked my trial, I had access to a client portal, which, not only had my invoice and outstanding payments, as well as tips on acheiving and maintaining great skin for the big day, including a basic skin care routine. (Being a highly organised individual, I hate unknowns, and Kylie had none!). Kylie's communication in the lead up to our big day was second to none touching base when need be and responding quickly. Her skills with make-up are unparallelled, I showed her various photos as inspiration, both from her own insta and pinterest, and she nailed the brief. I was, and still am so obsessed with the make-up Kylie did for our big day. If I ever need make-up done for another occasion in the Maitland and surrounding areas, she will be my go to from now on!

Not only is Albion Farm Gardens the most breathtaking venue I have ever seen. But Kate was absolutely incredible!! She was quick to respond to any emails, even providing her mobile number so we could reach her faster if need be. I stayed with my bridal party in the cottage on location the night before, Kate had some delicious freshly made muffins waiting for us, as well as a breaky hamper for the next morning and some cheeky bubbles and beer in the fridge too! There were also some cute vases of flowers from the garden around too, adding a homey feel. She even had the fireplace set up ready to light. The gardens themselves are absolutely SPECTACULAR!!! So full of whimsy, and so well maintained, with plenty of ceremony options and lots of beautiful photo opportunities too!! Kate took us around the gardens the day before to confirm our chosen spot, just to be sure we were still happy. Our chosen ceremony spot under the wisteria at the dove walk was still coming into flower, so Kate picked some from elsewhere on the day to intertwine in to add to the flowers that had already begun to bloom. After the ceremony, Kate came around with us and the photographer (hanging back in the golf cart to give us space, offering to drive us around if need be too), sharing with our photographer some beautiful spots for photos as he hadn't previously been to this venue. Kate also drove our grandparents around the gardens after the ceremony so they could get the full tour without needing to do lots of walking. Kate also recommended to us, both our celebrant and our reception venue. As we did a micro wedding, the hall across the road would've been too big.

We can't even begin to describe how amazing Sophie was, both on our big day and in the lead up!! She came highly recommended by our ceremony venue, and after a video call to chat and suss each other out we could understand why. Sophie has this calming nature about her that had us feeling at ease right off the bat. She is very responsive with emails and happy for a call if need be. She has an online portal for all our bits and pieces, including our invoices, questionaires, help with vow writing etc which worked seamlessly. At our in-person meet-up about 6 months out she even had a fun little exercise for Kyle and I to help get the juices flowing to write our vows. She has various options to personalise the ceremony, such as the blessing of the rings and blessing of the hands, two options that we're so glad we chose. She was so organised, reaching out at different intervals in the lead up to our big day making everything feel as stress free as she could even offering to assist with vow writing if we got stuck. She dressed perfectly for the theme of the day too! We love that she stepped away from us at appropriate times throughout the ceremony so our photographer could focus on getting photos of my new husband and I.
