The best in the business! Hot coals was amazing start to finish, from my personalised menu to all my dietary needs the whole experience was easy and perfect. Professional and fast responses to all my needs. On the night I didn't need to worry because the staff had everything under control and were trained to the highest level. The food is beyond anything I can think of as its not frozen, it is all freshly made and has so much taste and not dry. I will always choose Hot Coal every time I need catering

DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE! I had my engagement party here and I regret it so much! I emailed 3 times within 2 weeks to see the venue and had to call her twice to even get her to reply so I could see the venue. I really did love the venue but it wasn't worth all the trouble! Sarah never gets back to you and is short and rude. On the day of my event, it was a construction site! There was a rave bumping in on my day when they were the following day. She never told me this as well as 'forgot' to tell me there was a fluorescent archway around the dj booth. We had to pay for drapes out of our own pockets due as we didn't want that being seen at our special event. The bar staff were slow and couldn't remember drinks orders.
