I unfortunately had a very stressful and disappointing experience with this florist in the lead up to my wedding. While things started off okay when I paid my deposit months in advance, communication quickly broke down as the wedding approached. Despite me reaching out multiple times, they were slow to respond. Eventually, I was sent a form just weeks before the wedding with details to fill out. I provided everything they asked for, including the delivery addresses, only to be told they couldn’t deliver to my location (despite this not being raised at the time of booking) and that it would now cost significantly more. I asked multiple times for the new delivery fee and a final invoice, but received no response. I also never received the Zoom call or in person appointment that was part of the package, and I had no idea what floral arrangements were being provided. As the wedding drew nearer, I still had no confirmation, no final invoice, and no clarity. When I finally called them out of desperation (just days before my wedding), the person who answered the phone immediately became aggressive and accusatory. I was calm and polite, simply asking for the invoice I had already requested multiple times, and was shocked at the unprofessional response. It was only then I was told everything had been on a portal I had never been given access to, something they later admitted themselves, even showing proof that I had never logged in. At that point, four days before my wedding, I had no trust, no clarity, and no idea what I was paying for, so I had to cancel and find someone else last minute. I was initially told they would speak with management about a refund due to the circumstances, but then they went back on that and refused. Since then, they’ve also blocked me on social media, further confirming how poorly they handle customer concerns rather than taking accountability. I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly, but no bride should be put through this level of stress, confusion, and lack of professionalism in the days before their wedding. I strongly urge future couples to be cautious.
