We had spoken to a couple of other celebrants, and Debbie was suggested to me by my son. The first time I spoke with her she was very warming. She asked me about myself before she told me about herself, which made me feel like she wasn't all about selling her celebrancy business. I went to an expo and saw her there, where we sat down for a chat and she was just lovely just the way she spoke. She asked about our story and how we got together. I didn't really know what to do with our vows and she had a lovely form that she gets you to fill out and gives you some nice examples you could use. She made it really personal, bringing our two families together. We wanted to involve our grandchildren and families and did a beautiful rose ceremony and blessed the rings. After the wedding everybody commented on how amazed they were and how beautiful the ceremony was. I recommended her to a friend and after she met with Debbie she rang me and thanked me for putting her onto her. Debbie is such a lovely person and she loves what she does and puts so much effort into the day for you. She checked out the venue and made some suggestions for us about things we hadn't thought about, just little things like where to put the table. She used her own sound system and everyone could hear her clearly and everyone commented on that. On top of that she is reasonably priced for what she does. I've recommended her to a few people and they've all loved her too!
