Customer service was not great. While the dresses were beautiful - i found it difficult to find assistance and i felt pressured to make a decision very quickly. When it came to getting my dress altered the seamstress was very rushed and i didn't feel comfortable.

Tuan was the most patient and fun photographer. He listened to what we wanted for our day and he delivered even more. Our photos were beautiful. He captured some of the most beautiful moments of our day. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Twentyone was also incredibly reasonably priced - especially for the high standard of photos he delivered. Highly recommend.
