Alex has been fantastic to work with in the creation of our wedding cake or a special day. I was never stressed, worried or anxious liaising with her as she communicated with me throughout the entire process. She ALWAYS went above and beyond for my husband and I. Her cakes are stunning!! And are super tasty! Our guests were raving about it for weeks after our wedding. We highly recommend "The Late Night Baker" and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.
