Ali was very personable. Very easy to communicate with. He's also very friendly and professional. Our guests found him unobtrusive and you didn't even notice he was there. I organised a list of what we wanted and he organised everyone to get their photo taken. I assigned him a couple of people who knew who everyone was so he didn't miss anyone. The photos have turned out really well and there was a quick turnaround.
