Prices are not unreasonable and they offer different things than usual. They accommodated all the changes that had to be made on the dress, even as we were on a tight schedule. The dress fitted perfectly and was just perfect for me.

Catering always was an area of utmost importance for Ezzi & I, especially the freshness and quality of the food prepared. I was a bit concerned it wouldn't be up to our standards. The Essential Caterers prove me wrong; from our first appointment, we were pleasantly surprised by their attention to details and them carefully listening to our needs and requirements. They perfectly attended to every guest & special attention required. All our guests said the food was excellent, up to high standards. We can't thank Sally enough for making this day better and more beautiful than we ever thought it'd be.

We hired a violinist from String Source for a couple of hours before, during and after the ceremony. They played a list of songs we had chosen and improvised with their own as well. The music was delightful, the violinist discrete and attentive. Overall it was a pleasure to everyone's hears to have them at the wedding.

What to say about Bulong Estate except that our wedding wouldn't have been more beautiful in any other place. Monica was the most helpful person, listening carefully to how we imagined our wedding and doing everything she could to make it happen; everything was perfect: The outdoor ceremony on the grass contemplating the gorgeous wineries, the lunch in the perfectly-sized light-filled venue especially renovated to accommodate the bride, the delicious wine the estate produces (all our guests were very impressed by the quality of the wine), every little detail on the tables, the red carpet to the deck for the ceremony. It was simply perfect. What we really appreciated the most above all was how calm listening and attentive to details Monica was; our guests couldn't believe it only took us 2 months to organise our wedding, most of the credit goes out to Monica.
