I bought my dress at Karen Willis Holmes in Paddington, Sydney I also bought a skirt/ overlay from the Subiaco Store in Perth. From the moment I walked into the Sydney store Hannah Kate was fantastic. I was struggling to decide on a dress so ended up going back into the store 3 times to try dresses on and all of the girls were so helpful each time and so patient with me. The dressmaker who did my alterations in Sydney was also fantastic and my dress fit like a glove by the end of it!

My bridesmaids and I had our hair done by Tegan from Styling Hair Designs who was so kind and had lots of great ideas. Everyone loved their hair and all of our styles lasted until the end of the night.

I was struggling to find a band I loved in Margaret River when I saw on Instagram that the 'The White Tree' hand expanded to WA. These guys were amazing and had people on the dance floor all night which is exactly what we wanted- our guests are still talking about how much fun our wedding was months later!

I loved that you could walk straight into the reception from the beach ceremony which meant we didn't need to organise transport for our guests and our guests could walk back to their accommodation at the end of the night. I also loved that The White Elephant wedding packages were so flexible and Sam was willing to work with us to plan exactly the kind of wedding we wanted. When I found out that The White Elephant package also included styling from Empire Events I was sold- we knew we wanted to spend the days before and after our wedding relaxing with our guests rather than setting up, cleaning and DIY’ing so this was perfect for us!

Barefoot Beach Weddings at The White Elephant Cafe is absolutely perfect! They have great food and wine and the most amazing views. The wedding co-ordinators Sam and Clare are so friendly and so flexible- they were willing to listen to all of my ideas and helped me to create the exact wedding that I had imagined. The staff at the cafe also really went the extra mile for myself and my husband on our wedding day always making sure we had had enough to eat and drink- they even brought canapes and drinks up to the top of the headland where we were having photos with our bridal party! This venue makes everything easy- it is so nice to be able to walk straight from your beach ceremony into the reception without having to worry about transport and it means your guests can walk up the hill to their accommodation at the end of the night. The styling package that is included is also a lifesaver- it means instead of running around doing DIY in the days before and after your wedding you can be relaxing and enjoying that time with your guests. I would highly recommend this venue- you wont be disappointed!

We had a few nights at Bunker Bay Resort following our wedding. We were so exhausted it was so nice to have some time together to relax by the pool after our guests had all gone home.
