Our wedding at The Millhouse felt like stepping into another world for the weekend. From the very beginning, there was such a calm and thoughtful energy to the whole experience. The property is incredibly beautiful and full of atmosphere, but what really stood out to us was how immersive the day felt for both us and our guests. Because everything happens within the property, the whole celebration flowed so beautifully and everyone really felt part of the experience from beginning to end. The heritage setting is unlike anywhere else we visited, every space feels thoughtful, atmospheric and special. Our guests are still talking about the wedding months later, everyone loved the atmosphere, the gardens, and the way everyone moved through different spaces across the property throughout the night. There was always somewhere beautiful to wander, gather or relax, which made the whole experience feel really special. We had multiple guests tell us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they’d ever been to — one guest even joked it was better than both of hers! Rachel was also wonderful throughout the process. Warm, thoughtful, calming and deeply invested in creating something that felt personal to us. If you’re looking for a wedding that feels elegant, intimate and genuinely special, we honestly couldn’t imagine a more beautiful place to celebrate.
