Cairns Spit Roast was just what we wanted for our wedding. A buffet style with a range of roasted meats, roasted veg and salads. Wayne at Cairns Spit Roast made changes to the service to fit our needs (i.e. swapping our desserts for canapes). The meat was perfect and the meals were great. Everyone enjoyed the food and there was more than enough to go around. The team packed up quickly and didn't give a big chance for second's, however, this could easily be fixed.

Jade at Port Douglas Weddings & Hire was simply amazing. She made the whole process from inception to the wedding day incredibly easy. Jade's service allowed us to enjoy the process of planning the wedding with her and the wedding planning process all felt very personal. Jade and the team catered to our needs and worked tirelessly on the day to ensure everything was set up and went smoothly. She was flexible and always available to answer any questions we had. We were so glad we had a wedding planner - but even more glad that it was Jade!!

Tony was absolutely magnificent and was exactly what we wanted for our wedding entertainment and MC. He was well organised and met us prior to the day to ensure that he provided exactly what we needed. On the day, Tony was intuitive and flexible throughout the evening. He created an electric atmosphere and was able to get everyone up dancing and participating. He was even able to cater to our special requests.

Sarah was magnificent as our wedding celebrant. We met with Sarah a couple of times prior to the wedding and she was great at catering our ceremony to our needs. She individualised our ceremony to us and it felt very personal. We felt like we had known Sarah for years. She was incredibly caring and helpful (with tips for the wedding and also beyond her role as a celebrant).
