What can I say, but simply outstanding. My wife and I had our wedding plans thrown out as a car that we had booked elsewhere contacted us a week before the big day to advise that it had broken down and parts would not be received in time to service the job. As my wife had been stretched to the limit during the back end planning I could hear the defeat and disappointment in her voice as she related this to me. To the point where she was ready to drive herself to the chapel in her Kia grand carnival I knew then I had to try and do something. So I made a few calls and left voice mails not really expecting any luck as this was also the AFL grand final weekend. I got a return call from John who was gracious enough to assist in our plight.
