Jan really helped us through the process which was rather difficult as the bride was still overseas whilst arrangements were being made. The groom works shift work so didn’t always get to his emails in a timely manner. Jan was very patient with us all & very flexible as there was a late venue change. She really kept everything on track & she was completely reliable.
