I cannot recommend Saltram, Vicki and her team enough. They say when planning a wedding you have to choose what matters. At Saltram for a very reasonable price you don’t have to sacrifice. The food is incredible, the locations is spectacular, there is travel and accomodation nearby making it easy for guests. The team is passionate, flexible and supportive. Garden ceremony (dream come true) with back up indoor options available. Canapés at the bar and restaurant with reception in the barrel room, the buildings, the vineyard and the wheat fields give so many options for photo location you don’t have to travel. The wine list is amazing and you can access and purchase No 1 Shiraz, Mamre Brook and Pepperjack easily when you want to reminisce on the day. Vicki even arranged cocktails and mocktails for the reception, it was creative, delicious and the most fun with a live band.
