Joy was amazing from the start. I enquired early on about preserving my wedding bouquet as I knew it was something I wanted to do. Joy sent details and instructions well in advance and made the process so easy. My friends took my bouquet to Joy after my wedding and this was simple to arrange with Joy. Joy kept me informed on any progress throughout my flower's journey with her. I loved that Joy sent the different arrangement options of how I could get my flowers displayed. When my bouquet was delivered I could not be happier with how it looked. It was also wrapped so well and so pretty. I now have it up somewhere that I can see it all the time as I love it so much. I also purchased two ornamental pieces for my bridesmaid and mum; I cannot wait to give it to them. They are also beautiful. Absolutely love what Joy has made and my husband also loved it and was excited to help me find a spot for it. I know I will treasure it forever and it will bring back beautiful memories every day. I would highly recommend getting your wedding bouquet preserved by Joy for an amazing piece that will make you smile every time you walk past it.
