The venue is gorgeous and has a beautiful scenic view of Manly beach. The food is fantastic. We were provided with a lovely complimentary room for the evening of our wedding. This featured a bottle of champagne when we arrived and a free breakfast buffet the next morning. The venue made a few mistakes along the way. They corrected some of them, but we still ended up with a few mistakes on the night. We asked for our cake to be served individually (and had paid for this), but they served it on platters. We were refunded the cost of individual plating. Our florist also had a mishap due to the venue's poor coordination. These and other issues were unsurprising given that we had 3 different wedding coordinators over the 8 month period between booking and our wedding.

Sam Wyper was an amazing photographer to say the least. He was extremely supportive right from the start with a pre-wedding consultation and also in the lead up to our wedding. Sam made a point of asking us what style we liked, which photos were vital to us, and other things that were important to us. Sam always ensured we were on top of everything photography-wise and also gave us tips for other areas of our wedding. When we saw him on the day, we felt we knew Sam as a friend and guest even though he was a supplier. He was helpful and encouraging. He knew how to get the best out of us and prompted us in various way to ensure raw emotion, chemistry and smiles were captured. Sam was able to capture the ceremony in silence from multiple viewpoints because of the vast range of photography equipment he had. Post-wedding, Sam provided a highlight reel super quickly after we were married. After, Sam provided the full set of photos within a very reasonable timeframe. We especially liked the online blog-style post Sam set up as it allowed us to share a bunch of the best photos with our family and friends very easily via Facebook, whastapp, SMS, etc. To sum up, Sam surely has a wealth of experience and we are so impressed with our pics too. We thoroughly recommend Sam!
