⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding – Port Office Hotel Made Our Day Perfect From our very first enquiry, we knew we were in great hands. Elli was our initial point of contact, and she was nothing short of amazing—friendly, professional, and quick to answer all our questions. She made the whole planning process easy and enjoyable. Then came Lucy—what an absolute gem. Her professionalism, warmth and attention to detail were next level. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day, Lucy ensured the room was set up to perfection, just as we had imagined (if not better). She went out of her way to make sure every guest, including children and those with special dietary needs, was individually looked after. She genuinely spoiled us and our guests—everyone noticed and commented on it. The food was sensational—delicious, beautifully presented, and served with care. The bar staff were equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and contributed to the wonderful atmosphere throughout the day. If you’re looking for a venue where you’re more than just another booking—where your celebration is treated with genuine care and attention—then we couldn’t recommend the Port Office Hotel more highly.
