Fun! One of the best activities in planning a wedding is the cake tasting! Ladybird Cakes made the process very easy, well except they have so many amazing flavours it was hard to narrow down. They were helpful with explaining and suggesting sizes and decorating based on our original thoughts - every single guest complimented the cake and a few had THREE servings!

Smart, smart, smart. I used Desflora for bouquets and a couple garlands for the reception. I was a bit intimidated by picking every flower to make up my bouquets but the staff were extremely helpful. I only mentioned an idea of what I wanted and they were so helpful is playing with the colours and flowers to get the perfect look! The garlands were a bit delicate and did some slightly apart when I was putting them on display but other than that everything was amazing and it took a long time for people to even realise everything was artificial!

Callan Young was recommended to us by our amazing Celebrant when we were struggling to find the right vibe for ceremony acoustic music. As the bride, I actually didn't get to spend a lot of time hearing Cal on the day but he must have made an impact because so many guests were in love with him! I definitely attribute part of the success of our ceremony's environment is due to Cal's amazing talent.

I think if I didn't have Chloe, my reception probably would have been a disaster! There are so many beautiful things I could talk about when it comes to Chloe that I don't know where to begin. Our first meeting with Chloe was fabulous; there was absolutely no pressure from Chloe, she just wanted to learn about us share some tips for the process. We vibed so well, we knew she would be the celebrant for us! She wrote the best ceremony we've ever heard - and our entire families agree! The ceremony really captured our story and our style and Chloe thought of so many things we didn't. For most of the ceremony, Chloe stood to the side addressing the audience which meant stunning photos of my husband and I, and it completely eliminated any pretentious or stiffness to the environment. Chloe reminded us when to take the little breathes and enjoy the moment. She wanted until the day of to decide where my husband and I would stand to account for the wind and my hair. Chloe helped us with our vows and guided us at every tiny step, she even helped us find a musician! The real MVP moment was when we explained that we were having issue with the venue, Chloe went straight into boss mode and worked out with us our vision and you bet on the day, she ran the show! Chloe corrected all the little things that weren't done properly and even held everyone back to let a shower pass. During the family photos, she even ran up to give me an umbrella! Chloe's heart is 100% in her business and she is brilliant!
