Crystal palace was so helpful and accommodating from the moment we contacted them for an inquiry all the way through to the end of the reception. Could not fault their service, kindness and how flexible they were. Kim and Teresa made the whole experience seamless and my partner and I had nothing to worry about the whole night. The food was spectacular and was always prepared on time. They definitely reduced a lot of stress and we had nothing to worry about. Could not thank and appreciate the CP team enough. Such a beautiful venue. I was in awe the whole night. There are captures in my wedding photos and videos where I am just standing at the edge of the staircase appreciating the beauty of the venue. Pascal was so kind and accommodating leading up to the wedding and made sure we were always informed especially with Melbourne weather. Pascal always ensured that we were aware of all alternatives in case we wanted to make any changes. The venue was so spacious and clean, the best bridal suite I have ever seen that really felt luxurious. Everyone that attended could not stop complimenting to us how beautiful and amazing the venue was. Thank you so much Pascal and Fior, highly recommend!!

Jak was our celebrant for our Vietnamese ceremony, civil ceremony and reception. Truly a professional and the best in the business. He has a way with words and really captured everyone's hearts. Jak was so kind and accommodating leading up to the wedding to ensure we felt comfortable and confident in everything that we had planned. Made suggestions based on his extensive experience which really elevated all our ceremonies and formalities without taking away too much from what we wanted. Jak was so accommodating and professional. I can appreciate now that there was nothing I needed to worry about as Jak had it all under control the entire day. The photobooth, fireworks and smoke machine were all a hit and definitely do not regret it. Highly recommend Jak as he was amazing.
