Amazing!! From A to Z, I couldn't recommend them enough! Don't waste your time with anyone else just go straight to them!! Karen is very professional but she's got such warmth and empathy and the girl she brought with her Nina was just great as well! On the day at the hotel, they were just so great! There's so many people out there who over promise and under-deliver, and they didn't do that at all, they're just really good at their work and very nice! Karen is just so genuine and is just such a really lovely lady!!
