Our experience with The Bower Estate overall, was absolutely beautiful. The venue itself is truly breathtaking, with stunning views and a magical atmosphere that made our day feel incredibly special. The team were lovely to work with — friendly and responsive throughout the planning process. It made everything feel a lot smoother which was a big relief during such a stressful time. We had access to the estate from midday the day prior which was super helpful for the setup and saved us a lot of stress. There were just a couple aspects of the venue that we found a little surprising. If things like drinking water, bins, sound system and cool room were supplied by the venue and didn’t need to be arranged separately, our experience would have truly been a 10/10. Small things but still important. We also stayed in the on-site cottage, which was charming and convenient. However, it didn’t quite feel set up with a bridal party in mind — with no full-length mirror, not enough firewood or enough blankets for a cold winter night (and there were no batteries for the aircon remote). Despite those minor oversights, the day was beautiful, and we’re so grateful to have had such an unforgettable wedding in such a spectacular setting!
