I went to two different stores, as one store didn't have the correct size. The ladies and customer service at the Capalaba store were loving and so helpful, had plenty of time to help, however the ladies and service and Springwood store were quite rude, didn't want to help, would continually walk past you and you have to ask for help. My chosen dress was perfect!

We came across her at a mini expo, we tasted a sample and me and my husband loved it. She created a beautiful 3 tier cake, all different flavours that everyone loved, nothing was left at the end. She executed the original idea we had, it was perfect!

Nice and friendly! She set up 2 videos which captured the ceremony, which was lovely. We had been communicating for months about what we wanted and there was a small mix up with me sending the wrong vows, which was my error, however at rehearsal she never went over the vows and we didn't realise till she started reading them on the wedding day, which was disappointing. She also kept saying my name wrong.

So good! He came to the rescue when our previously booked DJ cancelled 5 days prior to our wedding. We provided him with a USB with some Indian music he wouldn't have had. Everyone enjoyed the night and loved the Photobooth he brought with him.

Organising it was good, a lot of communication via email, they responded quickly. I would have liked to meet with them face to face, however they wouldn't meet with me till a month before the wedding. The wedding day was great and the food was good. They also provided us a 'Honeymoon' package so we got a room for the night, but it was horrible, the bed and pillows were no good and after an exhausting day all I wanted was to sleep and I wasn't able to. We stayed in the penthouse the night before and that was great however.
