Wow, what an incredible addition to our special day! Dan was so open to adapting his menu to meet our needs and make our vision come to life. We had a completely vegetarian menu and it was absolutely incredible. You could taste the love and care that went into each dish and so many of our guests raved not only about the amazing flavours but also the quality and the freshness of the produce. It is an amazing visual to have the big bbq drums out with yummy smells and aromas travelling out into the air and creating such a beautiful atmosphere. I can't recommend Dan and his team enough, I'm already looking for an excuse to host another event just so I can experience Slow Beans & Bones again!
